Balsamic Glaze is such a versatile condiment and you need to have it in your culinary arsenal! It goes well on pretty much everything – savory stuff, sweet stuff, and everything in between. It is really a thing of beauty. Sometimes your dish just needs a little something on top to tie it all together, you know?

As tough as it is to come back, it is nice to be back in the kitchen to start cooking again. Back to the Balsamic Glaze. It takes minutes to make and it keeps really well (at least a couple of weeks in the fridge). It is extra easy to use when you put it in one of these squeeze bottles.
So you may ask, what would I want to put this on? Pork chops? Sure. Chicken breast? Yes! Cucumber salad? Of course. Tomatoes? Certainly!
